Frisee Salad with Pecans & Cranberries


 

  • Ingredients:
  • 4 cups baby frisee or spring mix
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup good blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup toasted pecans
  • 1 tsp. any single variety EVOO from The Mighty Olive
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 3 tbsp. TMO single variety EVOO
  • 1 tbsp. TMO aged Traditional Balsamic Vinegar

 

Directions:

Toss frisee with olive oil.  Divide greens into 2 medium or 4 small salad plates.  Evenly divide cranberries, blue cheese and pecans and sprinkle on top of greens.  Drizzle with Aged Tradtitional Balsamic and serve.
