Dirty Martini Dip
This is a very flavorful and robust dip. It is a hit every time we serve it. It should be made the night before.
3-4 green onions or chives chopped (use the entire onion)
2 teaspoons chopped garlic (I use pre-chopped garilc in liquid and add a little of the liquid)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
7 ounces of good quality martini olives from The Mighty Olive, chopped ( I use jalapeño stuffed olives, but you can use garlic stuffed or pimento stuffed)
8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
1 ounce of vodka
1. Mix the first 6 ingredients together and allow flavors to mix for 1 hour.
2. Add softened cream cheese, vodka and mix well. Use reserved olive liquid to thin if too thick.
3. Chill overnight.
4. Serve in martini glass with a skewer of additional olives surrounded by crackers of your choice.
